Garden Coordinators | one-time or Year- Round

We are looking for dedicated parent volunteers to help us run our Learning Garden programs! Are you interested in helping weed, prune, and maintain the garden? Would you like to work with students to expand their knowledge of the schoolyard ecosystem?

Sign up here to participate in one of these exciting opportunities! You can also check the garden bulletin board for updates on garden tasks to be done on weekends or after school when you are waiting to pick up your child. No prior garden experience necessary. If you have any questions about how to get involved, contact Nicole Parish-Andrews, Garden Coordinator, at nparish@foxberryeducation.com.

Art docents | One-time or Monthly | 1-2 Hour Commitment

5th & Kinder Parents needed!

Are you looking for a way to volunteer this year that is fun and thought provoking? Interested in getting the kids at Wedgwood excited about art and maybe learning a bit yourself? Sign up as art docents and join our inspired group of volunteers as we discover and explore art, craft and architecture and maybe get a little messy!

If you can't commit to the whole year or being a "lead" you could come into your child's room with one of our many pre-designed lessons. We assure you, everyone will be enriched by this experience and it is only a 1-2 hour commitment on the day of the lesson. Absolutely no art background required, just enthusiasm and some organizational skills.

Email wedgwoodartdocent@gmail.com with any questions.

:: Leads — Darcy Nestorovic & Annick Garcia Rooney

mighty movers | one-time or Many Times

Mighty Movers motivates kids to run or walk around the track on Mondays during lunchtime recess (K-3rd) (11:40-12:30). Kids earn foot charms when they reach a certain goal. Volunteering does not have to be a weekly commitment (but know the program cannot exist without parent volunteers!).

Sign up for when you are available!
